Thank you very much for your kind invitation to participate as author in one your distinguished conferences.
I believe I can participate in the 17th WSEAS qInternational Conference on SYSTEMS to be held in Rhodes July 16-19.
I would like to talk about a topic of great interest lately: Human-Machine Interface: A System of Systems Approach.
The topic is current since modern systems from aircraft to industrial and manufacturing processes are
becoming more complex taxing severely the capabilities of human operators. We will discuss the problem areas
arising from the human-machine interface and how autonomy technologies can assist to resolve conflicts, reduce human errors and machine failures.
We will illustrate these technologies with examples from aircraft, autonomous vehicles and industrial arenas.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

Looking forward to seeing in Rhodes next summer.

other attendees. It was very well organized.

I hope in a future conference to meet you and have the
opportunity to chat with you.

Best regards,

Many thanks to you, and also to Prof. Mihailov, Prof. Mastrorakis and
Prof. Zayed, for the very informative and useful information about the
celebrated journal, The WSEAS Transactions on Mathematics. Indeed it is
good and encouraging to know about such important journals which continue
to exist in these business-like academic environments and times.

Incidentally, after the International Dedication Congress for me in Bursa

Dear Prof. Mastorakis,

I was one of your students in the Technical University of Sofia. I am writing this to express my appreciation of the things that you have taught me.

The courses in Nonlinear Systems and in Digital 2D filters have been most helpful to me. They have given me flying start at image processing. I currently work for Multimedia Systems - Sofia as an algorithm developer - and am discovering every day the usefulness of solid theoretical basis. Striving to become proficient in this field, I hope we might see each other again or even work on a project together some day. Until then I am out to gather hands-on experience through work and hobby projects.

Best Wishes,
Miroslav Vitkov

Thank you very much for reminding me on this option. Unfortunately, all my
efforts to organize a special session failed, due to substantial cutting of
costs that was introduced in my country and in the region. All in all, I
prepared PPT for the plenary lecture and I wrote one paper that was accepted
some weeks ago. I'm afraid that is all I can do. I'll definitely attend
SEPADS'13 and hope there will be enough papers from other countries and
organizations.

Many thanks and happy New Year 2013!

From: ??? <13608237285 com="">

Dear Rena N. Politi,

I’m very glad to receive your publishing suggestion.

As a close Colleague, I have published my two high-quality papers in WSEAS journal, that is,
[1] Jiansheng Fu, Kuo Liao, Daiying Zhou, Wanlin Yang. Modeling recognizing behavior of radar high resolution range profile using multi-agent system. WSEAS Transactions on Information Science and Applications, 2010, 7(5): 629-640.
[2] Jiansheng Fu, Xiaohong Deng, Wanlin Yang. Radar HRRP recognition based on discriminant information analysis. WSEAS Transactions on Information Science and Applications, 2011, 8(4): 185-201.

Not only the two papers have been cited several times, but also I have received many letters discussing the content in the two papers. Although the two papers seems a little long, but the content is still condensed and contains many theories, so it is necessary to describe the detail so as to be understood by more readers. Furthermore, if I detail their content as a monograph and publish it in other publishing house, I will violate the WSEAS copyright and then hurt the long-term friendly cooperation.

Due to the explanation above, I plan to publish a monograph in WSEAS. The monograph is initially marked as follows.

Title: remote traffic target recognition based on discrimination information analysis and multi-agent technology.

Abstract: the author presents his recent achievements and practical experience for remote traffic target recognition. A relatively complete theoretical system is gradually formed in the book, in which the discrimination information analysis based on topology theory is detailed for recognition analysis, and the multi-agent technology is used modeling the recognition behavior.

Additionally, if I fortunately achieve the publishing chance in your publishing house, I need about nine months to complete my monograph, a agree invitation letter and a word template.

Please give me a reply as soon as you receive my request. Thanks a lot.

Merry Christmas!
Happy New Year!
Good luck continues to you all in the following New Year!

Best Wishes or Best Regards,

Sincerely yours,

Fu Jian Sheng

Dear Professor Mastorakis,
I recently submitted my paper presented at 16th WSEAS International Conference on Systems, August 21-23, 2012, Kos island:

1- On a scale invariant model of statistical mechanics, kinetic theory of ideal gas, and Riemann hypothesis. S. H. Sohrab, In: Recent Research in Circuits & Systems, E. Balas, M. Koksal, and V Vasek (Eds.), pp: 505-546, WSEAS Press, 2012, ISBN: 978-1-61804-108-1.

For consideration for publication in the journal Entropy. The editorial office of the journal has sent me the email below requesting a permission of copy-right from WSEAS in order to be able to publish this paper. I will be most grateful to you if you could give a permission to the Editorial office of Entropy so that they can publish my paper if accepted. I will also be most grateful to you if I you could ask WSEAS to also inform me about the copy right permission so that I will not be worried about this issue.

I also wish to let you know that I originally submitted my paper to WSEAS Transactions on Systems but the paper was rejected on account of not conforming to the journal format and article length (I copy at the end of this email the informing and decision that was sent to me by Prof. Fillippo Neri , Editor in Chief of WSEAS Trans. on Systems).

I wish you and your family a happy, healthy, and wonderful new year,

Dear Nikos,

On July 5th I submitted a paper (ID number 55-941.pdf, entitled "A general approach for computing residues of partial-fraction expansion of transfer matrices") for possible publication in WSEAS Transactions on Mathematics,

On the 6th of this month (December), I wrote asking about the status of the paper, the answer from Wseas was

"Dear Prof. Garcia-Planas,

I'm sorry to say that we never received your paper.

Best Regards,

-Alkis Polyrakis

Consequently I have resubmitted the paper now the number is 5706-149.

Could you please intervene to do the review in a short period of time and not have to wait six months?

Thanking you in advance

I regard the WSEAS journals as high quality publication. For many
years, the WSEAS journals are always the first and only choice for the
publication of our research achievements. The research results of our
cooperation have all been sent to WSEAS journals and conferences for
evaluation. I will always support the WSEAS publications just as
before, and I'll continue to make effort for our cooperation in WSEAS.

Best regards

Yours,
X. D. Zhuang

Dear WSEAS

I would like to extend my warmest greetings for Happy New year 2013.
My sincere appreciation and gratitude for your willingness to held
2011 WSEAS conferences in Jakarta Indonesia.
I would like to express my thanks to Ms Raina that came to Jakarta
and her excellent support and guidance to all of us in Bina Nusantara
University pertaining with the conference event.
We already have done our best to make the conference event running
well. Base on the participants comments we found that the they enjoyed
the services and hospitality as they stayed in the conference in
Jakarta.

I hope WSEAS can still host the conference in Indonesia since
Indonesia has so many beautiful island and places for foreigner to
come like Bali or Lombok.

It's a great pleasure to be involved once again as the General Chair
and or Local Chair for WSEAS conferences in Indonesia.
As Local Chair, surely I will do my best to find and negotiate with
for the venue of the conference as well as the conference kit in here.

I am also happy to discuss further through WSEAS online system.

To the most distinguished Dr. Mastorakis,

I hope that my letter finds you well and in the best of health. Your success over the last 15 years is a great gift and is a precious and most valuable to the scientific society all over the world.
Dr. Mastorakis, I received your contact information from colleagues in the university level in the Greater Houston Area, TX, U.S.A.
I am the director of Way2SuccessLearningInstitute (DBA) in Houston. I am interested in your conferences and would like to see if you are interested in having any or some of your conferences in the USA and therefore work together.
In addition, I am a part time Antiochian Orthodox Priest at St George Orthodox Church in Houston. I obtain BS in international Criminal Investigation, Master in Divinity and I am a prof. of Arabic online classes in the University and private level.
If this is something that you would like, and I hope that you do, please let me know what are your thoughts and how would you like us to work. I could get you many email addresses of faculty and graduate level students who would be a great and fresh members to the organization; keeping in mind that I would suggest some locations that would be successful conferences.
Hoping that 2012 would be a successful year on all
Many Thanks for your time,

First of all, thank you very much for the perfectly organized WSEAS Conference in Harvard Univ. on 25 - 27 Jan. this year.
Information on WSEAS Conferences I have been sending to my colleagues and Professors from different countries.
We are working now, in the frame of IFHTSE, on development of Global DATASASE for cooling capacity of
different kinds of quenchants for the heat treating industry. As you know, this idea was iniciated by WSEAS in 2006.
To accelerate developments, we plan to discuss our progress at the WSEAS Conferences.
Prof. Bozidar Liscic (Bozidar Liscic bozidar.liscic@fsb.hr), General Secretary of IFHTSE,
Prof. Robert Wood (Bob R Wood ifhtwood@aol.com) and Prof. Imre Felde (Imre Felde imre.felde@gmail.com )
are the main organizers of this activity. I informed them about existing wonderfull possibility to discuss our
progress and developments at the WSEAS Conferences. Below is our discussion on this topic. Many big companies are
involved which manufacture quenchants (Please see attachment)

Dear Prof. Mastorakis, Alkis, and Panayotis,

I was very pleased with the successful organization and completion of the WSEAS conference recently held at Harvard University.
I will be very happy to help out with the conference planning again next year. Please consider Morgan State University for a future WSEAS conference either in late 2013 or 2014. I have heard many good things about the Morgan conference last time we hosted in 2009 and many people have asked us to host it again. I need about 2 months time before I make a commitment. But, please do consider Morgan State as a possible venue for a late 2013 or 2014 WSEAS conference. Thank you!
